✨Booking Information
• Try-on fees are non-refundable, but will be credited toward your dress hire if you go ahead.
• Booking a try-on does not hold or reserve a specific dress until full payment is made.
• To book a dress, send us a DM on Instagram with the dress name, your event date, and size so we can confirm availability and proceed with the hire.
• Please do not attend try-on appointments wearing fake tan, heavy makeup, or anything that may transfer onto the garments, as you may be liable for a cleaning or damage fee if this occurs.
🕒 Changes & Cancellations
• You must give at least 24 hours’ notice for any changes or cancellations to your try-on appointment.
• Our Dress Hire Bookings have a strict 72-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel 72 hours before your scheduled pick-up, you’ll recieve store credit (no refunds). Cancellations made within 72 hours of your pick-up are non-refundable and not eligible for credit.
• Missed try-ons without notice will result in loss of booking fee.
👗 Garment Care & Condition
• Please check your garment as soon as you pick it up. If there are any faults, damage, or if you’ve received the wrong item, you must contact us on the same day. If we’re not notified within that timeframe, you may be held responsible for any issues discovered upon return — including repair or replacement costs. Refunds for faulty items may be issued based on staff assessment.
• If any damage occurs (including stains, rips, burns, or heavy alterations), you may be charged repair or replacement fees.
• Normal wear is expected, but excessive damage or irreversible stains will result in full replacement cost.
🔁 Returns & Late Fees
• Garments must be returned within 48 hours after your event via our drop-off box.
• Late returns may incur late fees per day.
🪪 Identification Requirement
• To help protect our garments and ensure a safe hire process, a valid photo ID (e.g. driver’s licence or proof of age card) must be required upon booking or at the time of pick-up. Failure to provide valid ID when requested may result in cancellation of your booking without refund.
